Senior Site Engineer (Delhi)

Role Description The Senior Site Engineer will oversee and coordinate all on-site project activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality and safety standards in the Greater Delhi Area. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising civil and structural works, managing site teams and contractors, and monitoring work progress against project plans and technical specifications.

Engineer will conduct regular inspections, address technical issues, and collaborate with design, project management, and client stakeholders to resolve site-related challenges. The role also involves preparing site reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting the installation and integration of audiovisual and related infrastructure systems.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess robust on-site execution and supervision skills, with experience managing ELECTRICAL/LV/ACOUSTIC /civil engineering projects and field activities. Minimum qualification with engineering degree & experience of 10 year for site head.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills to work with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
• Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge to interpret drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; advanced certifications in construction management or structural design are an advantage.
• Proven experience in site engineering roles, preferably in infrastructure, AV, or related technical projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety practices.
• Proficiency in project documentation, basic CAD tools, and MS Office; ability to work extended hours on-site when required.
