Project Planning & Scheduling

Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules using Gantt charts, ensuring adherence to timelines.

Support the project manager in tracking project progress, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective actions.

Site Coordination & Inspections

Conduct initial site inspections and assist in preparing site kick-off (dilapidation) reports before execution.

Monitor site activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.

Review and analyze daily reports from site supervisors, flagging any discrepancies or concerns.

Assist in vendor validation before site initiation and conduct periodic performance reviews of vendors.

Coordinate material schedules, ensuring timely procurement and delivery in sync with project needs.

Quality Control & Compliance

Conduct furniture quality checks at carcass and finish stages, ensuring adherence to design and execution standards.

Prepare QC reports for vendors, highlighting areas of improvement and ensuring necessary corrections.

Facilitate communication between vendors, site teams, and project managers to maintain alignment on project objectives.

Technical Expertise – Understanding of project scheduling, site execution, and quality control in interior fit-outs.

Problem-Solving Approach – Ability to foresee project challenges and assist in implementing solutions proactively.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields.

Experience: 2-5 years in interior project management, preferably in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces.

Knowledge of project scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera), site execution methodologies, and quality control standards.
