We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Scientist in Plant Pathology to lead critical research initiatives within our R&D division. Responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive research and development projects focused on plant pathology and crop protection.
• Design and conduct sophisticated laboratory and field experiments to analyze plant diseases and develop effective management strategies.
• Integrate principles of entomology into integrated pest management (IPM) programs to enhance overall crop health.
• Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights, contributing to the development of novel solutions for plant health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to streamline the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to field validation.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of experimental protocols, results, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior scientific staff, fostering a culture of excellence and rigorous inquiry.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in plant sciences to ensure our research methodologies remain at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Plant Pathology, Agricultural Science, or a closely related biological field.
• Minimum of 3 to 7 years of professional experience in an R&D environment, specifically within the agricultural or crop protection sector.
• Strong technical proficiency in plant pathology, entomology, and modern crop protection methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage complex scientific research projects independently.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret scientific data to support product innovation.
• Strong professional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical findings to diverse stakeholders.
