Job Description

Role Overview: Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and custom applications in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.

Drive integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.

Oversee DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and automated testing.

Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards.

Mentor junior developers and collaborate with product owners, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 5 years in senior/lead roles.

Advanced expertise in Apex, LWC, API integrations, and Salesforce architecture.

Multiple Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, Integration Architect preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
