Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead our 6-member sales team, close premium deals, and grow into Sales Head as we scale.

Compensation: ₹12 LPA fixed + incentives of on every closure

What you’ll do

• Own team and individual targets, and lead site visits, negotiations and closures
• Review the team’s pipeline daily and coach them on conversions
• Drive EOI and cheque collection for new launches
• Build an HNI, NRI and investor referral base
• Keep the CRM (Sell.do) funnel accurate from lead to booking

You have

• 7+ years in Gurugram real estate sales, including 2+ years leading a team
• Closures you can back with numbers (bookings and revenue)
• Strong knowledge of GCR, GCER, Dwarka Expressway, SPR, Sohna Road and New Gurugram
• Experience selling new launches and luxury projects
• Own vehicle preferred

Work Details

Working Days: Wednesday to Monday (6-day work week)

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
