Unison International, a global executive recruitment firm, is hiring for a leading organization in the financial services sector.

We are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional with exceptional hands-on leadership hiring expertise, strong stakeholder influencing capabilities and the ability to attract and close senior leadership talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Personally drive end-to-end leadership and executive hiring across corporate and non-distribution functions.
• Independently manage approximately 40–50 senior leadership closures annually.
• Build relationships with passive senior talent and influence high-calibre candidates.
• Partner with senior business and HR stakeholders on critical leadership mandates.
• Drive employer brand positioning, executive compensation discussions and offer negotiations.
• Leverage AI-enabled recruitment tools, market intelligence and strategic sourcing techniques.
• Operate in a predominantly hands-on role with a lean team of 1–2 members.

Ideal Candidate

• 12–18 years of Talent Acquisition experience with substantial leadership hiring exposure.
• MBA/PG qualification in HR, preferably from a Tier-1 institute.
• Demonstrated success in personally closing senior leadership positions.
• Excellent executive search, candidate persuasion and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of executive compensation, bonuses, benefits and ESOPs.
• Exposure to AI-driven recruitment and campus hiring.
• Comfortable working in a high-impact, individual-contributor-oriented leadership role.

Important: This is not a volume hiring or large-team TA operations position. We are specifically looking for professionals who personally drive and close critical leadership mandates.
