Role and Responsibility

Needs to have a good knowledge of Local market with a special focus on the Self-employed category. Must have experience in that Geography
To understand clients business & provide appropriate products like Business loans, OD facilty
Has to work closely with DSA’s/do Tele calling/Branch Banking teams for new customer addition.
To cross sell various products like Current Account/Savings account/Life Insurance and General Insurance
To build relationships with key persons (CFOs/ promoters) in the target segments & build client trust & confidence.
To be alert on competitive elements in the target segments (viz. other banks etc.) & Augment the presence and penetration of the Kotak brand in the target market
Improve efficiency by monitoring accounts sourced, do top ups on existing loans when possible

Work with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery. Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per targets assigned
Identify potential channel partners based on agreed profiles and ensure tie up is in accordance with the business plan & SOPs.
Control, monitor & expand distribution network, carry out marketing, sales & brand building activities to attract new customers
Engage with customers & manage relationships with DSAs to pitch business loan products and build a quality portfolio
Carry out pre and post loan disbursal activities for business loans, and work towards renewal loans
