About the Role

ECS Score is looking for motivated and result-oriented Senior Relationship Managers for opportunities in Delhi NCR and Mumbai. Candidates should have a strong understanding of loan products, loan processing, and customer relationship management.

Candidates with prior experience working with DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), NBFCs, banks, or loan distribution companies will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire customers for loan products.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them through suitable loan options.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the loan application process.
• Coordinate loan documentation, application processing, and follow-ups.
• Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and DSA partners for loan approvals and disbursements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and loan disbursement goals.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and lending partners.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the loan or lending industry.
• Good knowledge of loan products and loan processing.
• Candidates with a DSA background will be given preference.
• Experience in NBFCs, banking, loan sales, or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work towards sales targets.

Compensation

Up to ₹40,000 CTC per month, depending on experience and suitability.
