Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Non-IT Recruiter with 3+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should be purely focused on recruitment and have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and closing candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end non-IT recruitment independently.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and experience.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer discussions.
• Ensure timely joining and closure of open positions.
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and meet recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of pure recruitment experience.
• Strong Non-IT recruitment expertise.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle bulk and lateral hiring.
