The Product Analytics team at Mindtickle has a clear mission - to enable impactful product decisions from the data lens. It includes a quantitative understanding of
- What users are doing within Mindtickle
- How product features perform as far as how we measure the success of the product development life cycle
- Measure the impact of various product decisions from both the user experience and revenue perspectives
- Guide product development and roadmap decisions
- Establish product data as a key influencer in the decision-making process of other functions
- To scale efficiently in a hyper-growth setting we implement an ‘analytics-as-a-value-center’ concept. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about data, data-driven decision-making, and passionate about helping build, and scale data functions in a company that is on its way to the next phase of growth. The ideal candidate has a strong familiarity with a range of systems and tools, is highly structured and results-driven, and loves solving ambiguous problems through data. This role will report to the Head of Product Analytics.
