Senior Network Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Support Engineer to join our team in the Mumbai region of Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing advanced network support, particularly with Cisco and Meraki technologies. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and performance of our network infrastructure, and the successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex network issues, implementing solutions, and providing L3 support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for network issues, focusing on Cisco and Meraki products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business needs.
• Monitor network performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Train and mentor junior support staff, sharing knowledge and best practices in network management.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance network capabilities.

Required Skills
