Senior Network Engineer- Implementation Knowledge MUST

Job Description

We are looking for an L2 Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in network and security operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of firewalls, network monitoring systems, and web application security, along with exposure to virtualization and Active Directory environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for network and security-related incidents and service requests
• MUST have knowledge in Configuration and troubleshoot Firewalls, NMS, Network devices, and WAF
• Support virtualized environments in clustered setups
• Assist in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory-related issues
• Work closely with L1, L3, and other infrastructure teams for issue resolution
• Ensure adherence to security and operational best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in L2 Network/Security Support
• Strong hands-on experience with Firewalls, NMS, Networking, and WAF
• Good knowledge of virtualization in clustered environments (VMware/Hyper-V or similar)
• Working knowledge of Active Directory
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred

• Exposure to enterprise IT System Integrator environments
• Relevant certifications in networking or security

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
