Senior Marketing & Sales Manager – Marine & Hydrography

Pan India Group is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to drive growth across our Marine & Hydrography portfolio.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales & marketing strategies to grow market share
• Manage and strengthen OEM relationships; identify new OEM partnerships
• Generate new business through lead generation, cold calling, and market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, contractors, and government clients
• Track competitors, market trends, and customer insights
• Support tendering activities including quotes, tenders, proposals, and negotiations
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and prepare management reports
• Travel for client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and conferences
• Develop strong relationships with end users
• Spearhead growth within the category with a dynamic team

Equipment managed within this group includes

• Single & Multi-Beam Echo Sounders
• GNSS Systems
• ROVs & USVs
• ADCPs
• Side Scan Sonars
• Sub-Bottom Profilers, and more

The individual should have strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in marine/offshore sales and business development.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in technical sales/marketing within marine, offshore, or hydrographic domains
• Strong technical understanding of marine & hydrographic equipment
• Proven experience managing the full sales cycle
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools
• Self-driven, customer-focused, strategic, and proactive mindset
