A leading global bank is establishing its India technology and operations centre and has partnered with Flexiple to build its procurement leadership. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead sourcing strategy across major categories, drive savings at scale, and mentor a growing buying team. Mentor buyers and raise the maturity of the procurement function

Governance & Risk

Strengthen procurement controls, compliance, and approval governance

Manage supplier risk, due diligence, and performance reviews

Report savings, risk, and category insight to senior leadership

5 to 10 years in procurement or strategic sourcing, with team or category ownership

• Strong command of procurement controls and ERP or S2P tools
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Experience in banking, financial services, or a regulated environment

A degree in supply chain or business, or a CIPS-style certification

A senior procurement seat at a global bank's India centre
