Job Description

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead supply planning and supply-chain transformation initiatives for automotive clients.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand supply-chain challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Manage end-to-end supply planning, including demand-supply balancing, inventory planning and capacity planning.
• Analyze supply-chain processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement and optimization.
• Drive consulting engagements involving Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, inventory and procurement processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Operations, Sales & Distribution.
• Develop and implement supply-chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare business cases, process documentation, presentations and recommendations for senior management.
• Lead transformation and process-improvement projects from requirement gathering through implementation.
• Manage client/stakeholder relationships and communicate project progress, risks and outcomes.
• Guide and mentor team members and manage project deliverables.
• Support digital/technology-enabled supply-chain transformation initiatives.

Mandatory Skills / Experience

Must Have

• 12+ years of overall experience in Supply Chain / Supply Planning.
• Strong experience in the Automotive industry.
• Prior consulting experience is mandatory/preferred.
• Strong experience in Supply Planning / Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience in S&OP / IBP / Demand & Supply Planning.
• Knowledge of inventory planning, capacity planning and material planning.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience working with senior management / business leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
