Job Description

• Must have – Deep domain in recruitment across junior and mid level for manufacturing or engineering organizations.

Recruitment (60% + load)

• Sourcing, shortlisting of candidates and organizing interviews
• Completion of onboarding & joining process

HR Administration

• Administration of Leave and Attendance of employees
• Documentation and maintaining personal records of employees
• Work with Finance and ensuring compliance of statutory requirements under various labour legislations
• MIS & reporting – Preparing MIS reports

Employee Relations and Organization Development

• Employee grievance redressals, coordinating employee relations and employee engagement activities
• Organizing induction and orientation for new employees
• Coordinating training and development activities
