Senior Manager / General Manager (Internal Audit)

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the internal audit function across real estate projects and corporate functions.
• Review financial, operational and project-related processes and controls.
• Conduct audits of project costs, procurement, contracts, billing, collections, inventory and expenses.
• Identify financial and operational risks, control gaps and process inefficiencies.
• Review compliance with company policies, SOPs and statutory requirements.
• Conduct periodic audits of project sites, vendors, contractors and business units.
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend corrective/improvement measures.
• Review MIS, budgets, cost statements and variance analysis.
• Monitor implementation of audit observations and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with Finance, Projects, Procurement, Sales, CRM and other HODs.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present key findings to Stakeholder's.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong exposure to Real Estate / Construction sector.
• CA / CMA with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in Internal Audit, Risk & Controls, Cost Audit and Process Audit.
• Strong understanding of project accounting and real estate business processes.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to independently handle audits and interact with senior management.
