• Set recruitment processes, SLAs & review mechanisms

Required Candidate profile

• 13+ yrs TA experience with 4+ yrs team leadership
• Strong mandate closure & stakeholder management skills
• Exp in Metals/Energy/Manufacturing pref
• Strong process orientation, ownership & execution focus
