🕒 Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week | Rotational Shifts

About the Opportunity

An excellent opportunity to work with a leading European MNC in a plant maintenance leadership role. We are looking for a hands-on professional who can lead maintenance engineers, ensure equipment reliability, and drive preventive and breakdown maintenance activities across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Oversee maintenance of production machinery, utility equipment, mixers, pulverizers, and edge band extrusion lines.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance, equipment reliability, energy consumption, and maintenance costs.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history cards, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage critical spare parts, engineering stores, diesel stock, and purchase indents.
• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and plant improvement projects.
• Drive TPM, safety initiatives, reliability improvement, and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and production team to achieve maintenance targets and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial plant.
• Practical exposure to extrusion lines, mixers, and utility equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown management skills.
• Experience in leading maintenance engineers and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control systems, and automation.
• Strong team leadership, problem-solving, and planning capabilities.
