Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode (Calicut), with project coordination also involving Bangalore as required. The Senior & Junior Structural Design Engineers will be responsible for structural analysis and design of RCC, steel, and PEB structures, including preparation of detailed drawings and design reports. Daily tasks include reviewing architectural and MEP drawings, developing structural models, checking load calculations, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves close coordination with architects, contractors, and internal team members, resolving design issues, and supporting site teams with design-related clarifications. Engineers will also contribute to quality control of design deliverables, documentation, and continuous improvement of design procedures. salary 25k to 70k

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering for RCC, steel, and PEB design.
• Candidates should possess solid Civil Engineering knowledge, including familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and AutoCAD for preparing and reviewing structural drawings.
• Experience with structural design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000 or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Relevant experience in building design; senior roles typically require several years of structural design experience, while junior roles may consider early-career professionals.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, prepare clear structural details, and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to accuracy and safety in design.
