About the Role

This is an ownership role. You’ll own end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical IT roles and help leadership build KRAs for the HR team. If an open position, a candidate or a hiring manager needs you after hours, you respond. We’re looking for someone who treats every hiring target as a personal commitment.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (developers, engineers, data, QA, DevOps, etc.) and non-technical roles (video editors, designers, content, operations, etc.)
• Source through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels, and build strong pipelines
• Use our AI hiring platform to speed up screening and candidate engagement
• Get on a quick call with hiring managers whenever a requirement needs clarity
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and follow up until the candidate joins
• Respond to candidates promptly, including messages that come in outside regular hours
• Close the loop with every candidate, including rejected ones, with clear and respectful feedback. No candidate gets ghosted.
• Meet monthly hiring targets with full ownership of closures
• Work with leadership to define KRAs for the HR team, and own and deliver your own KRAs
• Follow and improve our hiring SOPs, and report pipeline status and closures regularly

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience in the Indian IT / tech hiring market
• Proven hiring experience across both technical and non-technical roles
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Hindi
• Complete ownership: you treat targets as commitments, not suggestions
• Availability beyond regular hours, including late evenings and weekends, when hiring needs require it
• Responsiveness and follow-through with candidates, hiring managers and the team
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter and similar portals
• Comfortable learning and working with new tech and AI tools

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

• Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
