Role : Senior HR Manager | People Operations & Talent Acquisition

Salary - 12-18 LPA

Experience: 8+ preferred

Location - Delhi

Role Overview

Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and recruitment through onboarding, performance management, engagement, compliance and exit. The ideal candidate has built or managed HR operations in a digital agency, IT services company, consulting firm or another client-service organization, and can combine hands-on execution with scalable people processes.

Required Experience & Skills

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience; 8+ years preferred, including substantial ownership of HR operations and recruitment.
• Experience in an agency, IT services, consulting or comparable service-based organization with cross-functional delivery teams
• Demonstrated experience managing the complete employee lifecycle and hiring for specialized professional roles.
• Hands-on working knowledge of Zoho People, including HR workflows, employee data, attendance and leave processes.
• Strong recruiting judgment, stakeholder management, communication, discretion and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to independently execute while building consistent, scalable systems

Preferred

• Prior hiring exposure to Meta/Google performance marketing, Shopify/e-commerce, web development, creative and client servicing profiles.
• Experience with Zoho Recruit, HR analytics, payroll coordination and HR automation.
• Experience supporting a growing team across multiple departments and team leaders
