Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles.
• Implement performance management systems (PMS) to enhance employee performance and development.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.

Required Skills
