SENIOR HOTEL SALES MANAGER

Experience Required: 12–15 Years

Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Generate corporate room bookings and develop corporate tie-ups.
• Conduct field visits to corporate offices, companies, travel agencies and event planners.
• Generate business for weddings, banquets, conferences, birthday parties and other hotel functions.
• Promote restaurant bookings, food packages and swimming pool packages.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and local businesses.
• Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations and booking confirmations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a sales pipeline report.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase the resort's revenue.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12–15 years of experience in hotel sales and hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of corporate hotel bookings and banquet sales.
• Experience in wedding, conference and other function bookings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings.
• Strong local market knowledge and business development skills.
