Job Summary

Airoza Travels is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Holiday Consultant to design and sell customized domestic and international holiday packages. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent sales skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize holiday packages based on client requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide expert travel advice.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and travel partners.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other suppliers.
• Follow up on leads and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
• Mentor and support junior team members when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in holiday package sales or travel consulting.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related systems.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
