Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conduct detailed forecasting and variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Implement zero-based budgeting techniques to optimize resource allocation and cost management.
• Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for improving liquidity and financial health.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
