Senior Finance Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial analysis, particularly in areas such as balance sheet management, reconciliation processes, and record to report (RTR) functions. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, as well as providing insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the balance sheet reconciliation process, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and reports to identify trends and variances.
• Handle finance queries and provide effective query resolution to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee billing and invoice processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Required Skills
