Job Description

• Responsible for updating data in Meridian & Preparation of Documents.
• Ensure compliance with the standard area operating processes and Customer SOPs.
• On receipt of the job file from Operations, will have to update all the available fields in Meridian.
• Prepare invoice in Meridian.
• Maintain all the documents in the Job file.
• Enter vendor debit note details in Meridian and hand over to Accounts.
• Upload documents in Meridian.
• Special instructions as per SOP need to be followed by each user.
• Existing employee is handling our key accounts.
• Also handling sales-generated business.
• Number of files/jobs the employee handles approx. in the range of 70 to 80 files per month which includes all such activities like.

•

• Create job in Meridian
• Sending pre-alert to consignee
• Monitoring/tracking till the vessel arrives at destination
• Sending invoice to customer and all other activities as per the desired KPI

Job Requirements

Experience And Qualifications

• 5 years of demonstrated experience of Freight forwarding and Logistics operations
• Any Graduate.
• High standard of c omputer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.
