Senior Engineer/TL - Industrial Engineering (Noida)

Lead industrialization and process engineering initiatives for new products and technologies, ensuring effective transition to mass production with optimal cost, quality, and performance.

Role & responsibilities

• Process improvement, productivity, capacity and cost-reduction projects.
• Identify process losses, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities using data analysis, time study and process mapping.
• Lead cycle-time reduction, line balancing, OEE improvement and manpower optimization.
• Implement Lean, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, RCA, 5-Why and FMEA methodologies.
• Identify and implement automation and process optimization solutions.
• Support NPI, process development, machine improvement and capacity expansion projects.
• Monitor and report IE KPIs, project progress and realized benefits.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, NPI and suppliers for successful implementation and sustainability.

Key Skills

• Strong expertise in industrialization, NPI, and process engineering
• Knowledge of process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), yield improvement, and line optimization
• Project and stakeholder management skills
• Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma)
• Experience in electronics/smart card/secure manufacturing preferred

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electronics/Industrial or related)
• 8-12 years of relevant experience .
