Role Description

The Senior Electrician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The individual in this role will lead and perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues, planning and executing wiring and panel work, and conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance. The Senior Electrician will guide junior technicians, ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards, and coordinate with clients and project managers to complete assignments on schedule. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong technical judgment, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess proven experience in a senior or lead electrician role, ideally in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and supervise junior technicians.

Candidates should possess a relevant technical diploma, certification, or license in electrical trade; additional specialized certifications are an advantage. .
