Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead with strong experience in designing and developing scalable, secure, high-performance web application

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern .NET technologies, application architecture, database design, API development, security, performance optimization and multi-tenant SaaS applications.

Required Technical Specialities

• Strong hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET Core / .NET 8+
• Strong understanding of ASP.NET Core MVC
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles and design patterns
• Strong understanding of software architecture like Clean Architecture and scalable application design
• Proven experience designing multi-tenant applications
• Good understanding of tenant isolation and tenant-aware application architecture
• Strong experience with SQL Server and relational database design
• Experience with Entity Framework Core
• Strong knowledge of database optimization, indexing, query optimization and transactions
• Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Experience with authentication, authorization, RBAC and application security
• Experience with dependency injection, middleware, logging and exception handling
• Experience implementing caching and performance optimization
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and async/await
• Experience with background jobs and scheduled processes
• Strong knowledge of Git and source-control practices
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and scalable application hosting
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services
• Ability to troubleshoot complex application, database and performance issues
• Experience conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards
• Ability to technically guide and mentor other developers

Good to Have

• Experience with Redis / distributed caching
• Experience with Azure/AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Experience with message queues/event-driven architecture
• Experience with Angular or React
• Experience building SaaS applications

Compensation: 40,000.00 - 80,000.00 per month
