Senior Copywriter / Copy Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Copywriter / Copy Lead to strengthen and scale a fast-growing consumer brand's voice across digital, performance, and content channels. This is a hands-on role focused on creating copy that balances brand storytelling, trust, and conversion.

You will work closely with design, growth, and marketing teams to deliver consistent, high-impact communication across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Content Copy

• Own and maintain a consistent brand voice across website, social media, emails, packaging, and campaigns
• Write product storytelling covering benefits, ingredients/features, and brand philosophy
• Support campaign concepts and long-form brand narratives

Performance & Growth Copy

• Create high-converting copy for paid ads, landing pages, WhatsApp, and email flows
• Collaborate with performance and design teams to improve CTR and conversions
• Test and iterate messaging based on performance insights

Social & Influencer Content

• Write captions, short-form video scripts, influencer briefs, and UGC guidelines
• Adapt messaging for different platforms while staying on-brand

Collaboration & Quality Control

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and leadership
• Review and refine copy before publishing
• Help maintain copy frameworks, templates, and basic guidelines

What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience in copywriting / content roles
• Experience with D2C, FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Strong command over English copy (consumer-facing tone)
• Good understanding of performance marketing copy
• Ability to work fast, take feedback, and own execution
