🧪 Experience: 5+ years

NK Agro is looking for an experienced Senior Chemist – R&D to join our Capsicum and Paprika Oleoresin manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new oleoresin products and optimize existing formulations.
• Conduct laboratory trials, analytical testing, and stability studies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve product quality, yield, and process efficiency.
• Support product scale-up, customer-specific requirements, and technical documentation.

🎓 Qualifications

M.Sc. Chemistry / Biotechnology / Food Technology / Biochemistry.

Preferred Experience: R&D in oleoresins, spice extracts, food ingredients, or related industries. Knowledge of HPLC and UV-Vis analysis is an advantage.
