Are you passionate about building client relationships, driving business growth, and creating impactful event experiences? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Development to join our team!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and agencies.
• Generate leads, pitch event concepts, and convert prospects into business.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial estimates.
• Negotiate deals, manage client expectations, and close business opportunities.
• Develop strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve profitability.
• Coordinate with creative, production, and execution teams to deliver successful events.
• Manage client accounts, strengthen partnerships, and drive repeat business.
• Track market trends and identify new opportunities in the event industry.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in business development within the event management, experiential marketing, or event production industry.
• Strong networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of event production, including fabrication, AV, lighting, sound, staging, structures, and branding.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and achieve business targets.
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with excellent coordination skills.
