Senior Billing and Procurement Manager

We are seeking a Senior Billing and Procurement Manager to oversee and manage the billing and procurement processes for high-rise residential projects in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract management and a strong understanding of the residential construction industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all billing processes are executed accurately and efficiently, while also managing procurement activities to secure the necessary materials and services for our projects. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that all procurement activities align with project timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities include

• Managing the billing process for high-rise residential projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Overseeing procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
• Collaborating with project teams to understand material and service requirements and ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitoring project budgets and expenditures related to procurement and billing.
• Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in procurement and billing processes.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in billing and procurement within the construction industry. You should be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
