What you will do

• Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of every learner in the room.
• Prepare for inspection by keeping practice and evidence current.
• Contribute to a culture where learners feel safe to be wrong.
• Safeguard learners and report concerns through agreed procedures.
• Write and update course materials and reading lists.
• Adapt materials for learners with additional needs.
• Mentor trainee and early career colleagues.
