Kenton Hensmere Resourcing is hiring a Senior Behaviour Management & Instructional Design Teacher for Consulting in Aurangabad, Aurangabad district. This is a full time position.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, attainment and behaviour.
• Manage a budget for teaching materials and equipment.
• Prepare for inspection by keeping practice and evidence current.
• Provide feedback that tells learners exactly what to do next.
• Use classroom technology where it improves learning, not for its own sake.
• Safeguard learners and report concerns through agreed procedures.
• Contribute to a culture where learners feel safe to be wrong.
