Role & responsibilities

• We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Accountant to lead a team. If you're a highly skilled professional with strong leadership abilities and a passion for accuracy and compliance, we welcome hearing from you.
• The Nature of job will involve independently leading a team, supervision and finalization of taxation, audits and consultancy work, directly reporting to the Managing Partner.

QUALIFICATION: QUALIFIED CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT

EXPERIENCE: FRESH / EXPERIENCED (No specific period)

AGE: 21 TO 45

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with exposure to Audit and Assurance during Articleship / Post Qualification.
• Strong practice mindset with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in professional practice.
• Technology-oriented mindset with the willingness to embrace new-age audit tools, digital platforms, automation and emerging technologies to make audit processes more efficient and effective.
• Effectively communicate with team members, management, and clients.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Manage multiple audit assignments, meet deadlines, and ensure the team's tasks are completed on time.
• Stay updated on financial regulations, compliance requirements, and keep the team informed about changes in relevant laws.
