Senior Account Payable( Real Estate)

• Accounts Payable Executive* with *3+ years of experience in Real Estate/CA firm* required at a *reputed real estate organisation* located at *Andheri, Mumbai.*
• Candidates with experience in vendor payments, invoice processing, Tally, bank reconciliation, and basic GST & TDS will be preferred.*
• *JD:**
• *Manage accounts payable* including vendor invoices, bills, and payment processing
• *Verify invoices, purchase bills, and supporting documents* before processing payments
• *Process vendor payments* as per approved payment schedules and instructions from the Directors
• *Maintain vendor ledgers* and reconcile outstanding balances
• *Handle bank reconciliations, payment vouchers, and expense records*
• *Assist with GST and TDS-related accounting, deductions, and documentation*
• *Track payment due dates and outstanding payables* to ensure timely payments
• *Coordinate with vendors, banks, and internal teams* for invoice discrepancies and payment-related matters
• *Prepare accounts payable reports* and maintain proper financial records

Salary *up to Rs 50,000 per month* (depending on experience and suitability).
