Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced and well-organised Academic Coordinator to oversee academic activities, support teachers and maintain high standards of teaching and learning across the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor syllabus completion, lesson plans and academic schedules.
• Supervise teaching quality through regular classroom observations.
• Guide and mentor teachers to improve teaching methods and classroom management.
• Monitor student performance, examination results and academic progress.
• Ensure timely preparation of question papers, worksheets, assessments and academic reports.
• Coordinate examinations, revision schedules and remedial classes.
• Conduct regular academic meetings with teachers and review their performance.
• Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with school policies.
• Communicate effectively with the Principal, management, teachers and parents.
• Promote English communication, discipline and a positive learning environment.

Requirements

• Relevant teaching experience with strong academic leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork and time-management skills.
• Ability to guide teachers and take responsibility for academic outcomes.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation.

Salary

₹20,000–₹50,000 per month, negotiable based on qualifications, experience and suitability.
