As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Identify training needs and provide coaching to enhance team members’ skills and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and ethical practices.
