Role Description The Sales Marketing Officer is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Daily activities include identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and developing targeted marketing campaigns to promote the company’s engineering solutions. The role involves preparing sales presentations and proposals, and maintaining regular communication with existing and prospective customers. The Sales Marketing Officer will collaborate with technical and management teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging. The position also includes tracking performance metrics, reporting on campaign outcomes, and recommending improvements to enhance market presence and revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze data to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presentations, proposals, and client interactions.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in industrial or engineering sectors is an advantage.
• Comfort with basic CRM tools, MS Office, and online marketing platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
