Job Title: Inside Sales & Marketing Executive – Pharmaceutical Location: sec 82 Mohali District (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales & Marketing Executive to join our pharmaceutical team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales growth through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams. You will play a key role in understanding customer needs and offering solutions aligned with our product portfolio. Key Responsibilities Conduct inside sales activities, including outbound calls, follow-ups, and client engagement Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Deliver excellent customer service and handle client queries effectively Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns Understand client requirements and recommend suitable pharmaceutical products Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in inside sales and lead generation techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-centric approach with excellent service orientation Proven sales ability with a goal-driven mindset Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory) Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales/telesales Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
