Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager

Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.

Develop relationships with automotive OEMs, tractor manufacturers, industrial companies, and engineering firms.

Promote Deltasim's engineering consultancy and technical services.

Manage client outreach through LinkedIn, email, telephone, and meetings.

Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow-ups.

Develop strategic partnerships and maintain long-term client relationships.

Work towards business development and revenue targets.

🔹 Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Commerce (B.Com), or Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).

MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.

Candidates with relevant qualifications and strong B2B sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience in the automotive, industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors will be an advantage.

Ability to identify prospects, generate leads, and convert opportunities into business.
