Sales Manager , Senior Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, driving property sales, achieving sales targets, and developing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and business growth.

• Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property bookings and revenue.
• Generate new business opportunities through digital marketing leads, channel partners, brokers, and referrals.
• Handle client meetings, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, lead follow-ups, and team productivity.
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree .
• 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with at least 1–4 years in Real-estate role.
• Strong knowledge of residential or commercial property sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.
• Good understanding of lead management, CRM systems, and sales reporting.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
