Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales of residential real estate projects
• Generate and convert leads through brokers, channel partners, and direct clients
• Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential buyers
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
• Build strong relationships with channel partners and clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track leads and update CRM regularly
• Stay updated with Pune real estate market trends

Required Candidate Profile

• 710 years experience in real estate sales
• Proven track record in property sales closures
• Experience handling channel partners/brokers
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of the Pune real estate market
• Self-motivated with target-driven mindset
