Profile: Sales Manager

Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with team leadership responsibility
• Experience in reputed brands, established companies, or professionally managed organisations
• Real estate, commercial leasing, or B2B sales background preferred

Roles

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximise productivity and performance
• Identify new business opportunities, generate quality leads, and build strong client relationships
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios, revenue forecasts, and team performance
• Establish sales processes, targets, KPIs, and performance review systems
• Handle key clients, high-value negotiations, and important business partnerships
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans to senior management
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain long-term client relationships
• Take ownership of overall sales performance and consistently achieve business objectives

Qualification

• Graduate in any stream; MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage teams, handle pressure, and deliver measurable results
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic approach to sales management
• Preferred: candidates currently or previously employed in reputed brands or leading organisations, with demonstrated achievements in sales leadership and business growth
