Role: Sales Manager (Real Estate Field sals) Exp: 3+ Years Loc: Prabhadevi - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities: • Drive field sales and business development by actively meeting real estate agents, brokers, corporates, developers and key decision-makers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with top real estate agents and corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop strong market intelligence on upcoming commercial projects, new office spaces, corporate expansions, relocations and new businesses entering the market.
• Identify potential clients and opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals and market contacts.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, understand requirements and convert prospects into business.
• Maintain strong visibility in the local real estate market and continuously expand the professional network.
• Work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close deals.
• Track competitors, market trends, pricing and upcoming developments to identify new opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Mandatory Skills: • Strong Real Estate Sales / Field Sales experience.

• Excellent network with real estate agents, brokers, corporates and developers.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate and commercial property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Street-smart, confident and proactive approach.
• Ability to identify opportunities through market networking and field intelligence.
