• Monitor team performance, sales conversions, and target achievement.

• Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and the complete end-to-end sales cycle.

✅ Requirements

• 4–7 years of relevant Real Estate Sales experience.
• Strong team-handling, leadership, and people-management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong understanding of the real estate sales process and market dynamics.
