Sales Manager - Personal Loans

We are hiring a Sales Manager for Personal Loans to drive our business through DSA/channel sourcing in the Kerala region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in unsecured lending and personal loans, with a focus on both salaried and self-employed segments. This role requires a graduate degree and a stable career history without employment gaps. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and converting leads, developing and managing relationships with DSAs and channel partners, and achieving monthly login, approval, and disbursement targets. Key responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement, coordinating with Credit and Operations teams for smooth processing, ensuring quality sourcing, and maintaining strong customer and channel-partner relationships. The candidate should possess good local market knowledge and a strong experience in DSA/channel sales. Compensation for this role ranges from 2.5 Lakh to 7 Lakh INR annually, along with petrol conveyance and incentives.
